Lucie Ratail
I am currently a PhD candidate in 19th-century British literature. I study more particularly the picturesque and sonorous elements of gothic novels of the Romantic era, showing the multimodality of this genre. I have participated in a variety of conferences in France and abroad and am currently in charge of a junior project in my home university, through which I am organizing various conferences, exhibitions and other scientific and artistic events. I also am an ATER (research and teaching assistant lecturer) at Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3.
